You know you need to stop but still, you move. You move to prove yourself but you move more to prove to others that you can move.

We all are busy somewhere, doing something important for us and something important to show the people around. Have you ever wondered why do we run so much every day and every time!? I'm sure many of you must take this as something said very commonly. Trust me, I'm not being that obvious here!

"You take care of yourself and then move to take care of someone else."

How about taking something which is common between us all? We all work every day, a little bit every day. That work can be in any form. Maybe, someone traveled a very long distance to see someone, another person completed his work early to video call someone, someone did some extra shifts to buy someone a present and many more stories is alive. It's good you do so much but don't you need to take a breath!!
